Exciting New Classes Coming to YMCA Bath Gym this April!

We are very excited here at YMCA Bath Gym as we continue to expand our class programme. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your wellness journey, we have something for everyone. Get ready to sweat, smile, and discover the joy of movement with our diverse lineup of classes starting this April. We are always looking for ways we can improve our gym health & wellbeing centre for the community – these new classes will hopefully be a big draw to our members!

Yogalates with Trish: Tuesdays at 5:30pm in the Dojo (Starting April 9th)

Join us every Tuesday evening for the perfect fusion of yoga and Pilates in our Yogalates class led by the wonderful Trish. Find your flow, build strength, and enhance flexibility as you move mindfully through a series of poses designed to tone and sculpt your body. With Trish’s expert guidance and supportive atmosphere, you’ll leave feeling centred, rejuvenated, and ready to conquer the week ahead. If you’re feeling brave, you can continue your evening with Trish and attend her Yoga Flow class (formerly Power Yoga) at 7pm!

Indoor Cycling with Neil: Mondays at 1pm (Starting April 9th)

Due to popular demand, we’re thrilled to announce another opportunity to experience Neil’s Indoor Cycling class. Neil’s Wednesday evening class is repeatedly booked out, with a growing waiting list! So get in quick and try out something new. Neil’s energy and enthusiasm will carry you through the class. Get your heart pumping and your legs burning in our YMCA studio! Whether you’re a cycling enthusiast or a newcomer, Neil’s motivating instruction will inspire you to push your limits and reach new heights of endurance and strength.

Box-Fit with Gigi: Monday Mornings at 6:45am (Starting April 22nd)

Kickstart your week with a knockout workout in our Box-Fit class led by the dynamic Gigi. Combining boxing techniques with cardio and strength training, this high-intensity session will challenge your body and empower your spirit. Boxing provides a great, well rounded full body workout. It is a great stress reliever and allows you to disconnect from the everyday stresses of life, let off some steam and increase confidence by learning a great new skill. Jab, cross, and hook your way to a leaner, stronger physique while unleashing stress and boosting your mood. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to train like a champion and unleash your inner warrior with Gigi’s inspiring coaching.

Other changes to be aware of:

While we are on the topic up schedule changes this April, we wanted you all to be aware about some name changes for some of our classes. As hinted at above, Trish’s Power Yoga, along with Wednesday evening Yogatone and Friday morning Sunrise Yoga, will now be called Yoga Flow. The classes will remain the same, so don’t worry about that! We just wanted to make everything a little more cohesive.
