Where a guest is unable to produce photographic ID; 2 forms of ID that are not photographic can be used. These forms of ID must have been issued by a central issuer i.e. credit/debit cards. This is not accepted for walk in bookings.

What your stay means for our charity

Our hostel is a social enterprise, part of the local charity YMCA Brunel Group. The money we make is used to support our costs and charitable work with young people and communities. Our charity supports those young people who often slip through the net, providing the support they need to reach their potential. Therefore, your stay has a positive social impact on our community.
