Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation with Trish at YMCA Bath Gym

When the daily grind is getting you down, finding moments of peace and tranquility can be a challenge. At our gym in Bath, and across all of our work, we believe in nurturing body, mind and spirit. Our monthly Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation classes are a fantastic way to slow down, relax and reset. Join Trish on the first Sunday of every month from 3:30 to 5:00 PM for a restorative journey towards inner harmony and relaxation.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a gentle and introspective practice that targets connective tissues and encourages deep, mindful relaxation. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga encourages practitioners to surrender into each posture. Poses are held for a longer time, allowing the body to ground and reach a sense of stillness.

Guided Meditation for Mental Wellbeing

Complementing the physical practice of Yin Yoga, our sessions also include guided meditation. Trish leads participants through magical words of meditation, creating an environment of calm reflection, imagination and deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions are accessible to individuals of all levels.
