We are thankful for all the wonderful Christmas gifts that have been generously donated by individuals, local groups and churches across Mendip & South Somerset.
We at the YMCA are here for vulnerable people, to help them every day to feel loved; and to develop their confidence, as they build their new life within the community.
People often take for granted the love of their family and friends, particularly at this time of year; but there are many who unfortunately have no-one and rely on the kindness of others within their community. For those who are going through a very challenging time in their life, even a small gift means a lot; it helps them to be a part of something and not feel alone. Your presence and support as a community makes such a difference and is gratefully received by both our residents and staff. Thank you very much for this!
